Rachel Miller is the Founder and Principal Consultant at All Things IC. She established the company in 2013 and alongside her team, advises professional communicators via personalised training, consultancy and mentoring. Her book, Internal Communication Strategy: design, develop and transform your organizational communication is being published by Kogan Page in April 2024. Rachel is a Chartered PR professional and Fellow of both the Institute of Internal Communication and Chartered Institute of Public Relations. She is also a member of the Company of Communicators and International Association of Business Communicators. Rachel is a regular keynote speaker, whose thoughts have been featured in a number of best-selling PR books. In 2020, she was awarded the Chartered Institute of Public Relations' President's Medal for Distinguished Services to PR. What is an Online Masterclass?

An Online Masterclass is an interactive way of learning. It's not a webinar, but a series of lessons to help you learn about a particular topic. 

All Things IC's Masterclasses contain videos, workbooks, quizzes and surveys to help you consolidate your learning as you work through the content. All videos are subtitled to help you learn if you're hearing impaired.

  • How long can I access the course for?

    Masterclasses are available for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can log in and out of the course as many times as you need. It will remember your progress.

  • What do the levels mean?

    Some of the Masterclasses have levels stated on them. Introductory: learn the essentials through this short Masterclass. (Approximately 20 lessons). Intermediate: get a good understanding of the topic. (Approximately 50 lessons). In-depth: this comprehensive Masterclass will teach you all you need to know. (Approximately 80 lessons). There is only one level available per Masterclass topic.

  • Who can access the Masterclass?

    Please note these Masterclasses are designed for individual learning and are not to be used by teams or groups. Your investment is for one person only as it hasn't been priced to be shared, recreated, or sold on. Please note all of All Things IC's work is protected by Copyright. This means you can’t reproduce or share any part of this Online Masterclass. If you have multiple team members, please contact us ([email protected]) to discuss your options.

  • How can I get additional help?

    Some Masterclasses have VIP versions available. This means you have the opportunity to work closely with an All Things IC Consultant by submitting assignments during your Masterclass. They will review your work and give you personalised feedback. Power Hour calls are also available.

  • What is my investment?

    Each Masterclass has the price stated on it, which includes tax and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or remove a Masterclass or digital content on the site at any time without notice or liability to you. There are certain countries we are unable to take payment from e.g. Saudi Arabia, Russia and Switzerland. Please contact us with any queries. 

  • What if I find the course isn't what I thought?

    It is your responsibility to thoroughly read the course curriculum, course description and view the video before purchasing.   • Do I have any proof of completion?

    Yes you can earn a badge if you successfully complete The Big Quiz in your Masterclass. Full instructions can be found within the Masterclass.

  • What does VIP mean?

    The VIP option means you submit an assignment to an All Things IC Consultant (the course description will state the tutor) for personalised feedback. You'll submit one assignment in an Introductory Masterclass. You'll submit two assignments in Intermediate or In-depth level Masterclasses.

  • How long are the Masterclasses?

    The course length varies. On average you could complete the whole course over one or two days.
