She established the company in 2013 and alongside her team, advises professional communicators via personalised training, consultancy and 1-2-1 support. Her book, Internal Communication Strategy: design, develop and transform your organizational communication was published by Kogan Page in 2024. Rachel is a Chartered PR professional and Fellow of both the Institute of Internal Communication and Chartered Institute of Public Relations. She is also a member of the Company of Communicators and International Association of Business Communicators. Rachel is a regular keynote speaker, whose thoughts have been featured in a number of best-selling PR books. In 2020, she was awarded the Chartered Institute of Public Relations' President's Medal for Distinguished Services to PR.   • What do the levels mean?

    Introductory: learn the essentials through this short Masterclass. (Approximately 20 lessons). Intermediate: get a good understanding of the topic. (Approximately 50 lessons). In-depth: this comprehensive Masterclass will teach you all you need to know. (Approximately 80 lessons). There is only one level available per Masterclass topic.

  • Who can access the Masterclass?
