How long can I access the courses for?
Masterclasses are available for 12 months from the date of purchase and are for one person only. You can log in and out of the courses as many times as you need. It will remember your progress.

What level are these courses aimed at?
If you are new to change comms, the introduction to change comms course is ideal for you. The planning and communicating change course builds on that knowledge. Study the introduction course first.

What is All Things IC Essentials?
Essentials is a collection of short courses. Each one has been designed to teach comms and HR professionals. The courses contain a recorded video from Rachel teaching webinar-style for you. You can pause the video at any time and complete the workbook which accompanies each course.
